If you need remote assistance from a member of the ClickOn IT London team, you may be asked to open the AEM/CentraStage client. The icon for this application looks as such:
This will allow the engineer to remotely view and control your screen in order to deal with your issue. When prompted, please perform the following procedure:
1. In the tray area (where your system clock resides), ensure all of your icons are visible by clicking the arrow (if present):![Expand Icon Arrow](https://i.imgsafe.org/bd32bbade9.png)

3. The AEM client will now launch. Please click the ‘Connect’ button, and inform the engineer of the host name value: ![AEM/CentraStage connect dialog and hostname value](https://i.imgsafe.org/bd32ce2ac3.png)
If the engineer cannot gain access, he/she will be able to provide you with a link to the latest version of the remote agent software, which you can install, and then repeat the instructions above.
